ABOUT JESSICA DIANA
As a former corporate professional, DEI Manager, and Events Director, I have lived the rhythm of boardrooms, brainstorms, and burnout.
With a B.A. in Human Behaviorβmajoring in Criminology and minoring in SociologyβIβve long been fascinated by the ways people think, feel, connect, and sometimes disconnect.
As a first-generation Colombian-American, a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and someone living with a chronic illness, I understandβintimatelyβwhat it means to navigate spaces that werenβt built with you in mind. These lived experiences are not side notes; theyβre the heartbeat behind my mission to create workplaces where every identity is honored, every story matters, and healing is part of the culture.
I know firsthand how vital it is to create spaces where people donβt just show upβthey feel seen, safe, and supported. My background taught me that true belonging doesnβt come from checking boxes; it blooms in environments where every part of youβyes, even the tender, hidden, messy partsβis welcomed.
Today, I bring that same heart into workplace wellness: guiding mindfulness sessions, holding space for brave conversations, and inviting teams into deeper self-awareness.
