This meditation is a sacred reset for those who hold space for othersβ€”the advocates, healers, educators, and quiet nurturers who pour their energy into creating safety and belonging. Designed to clear both the inner and outer landscape, this practice invites you to release the energetic weight you carry, cleanse your mind, body, soul and return home to yourself.

Through intentional breath, visualization, and the sacred tools of smudging and amethyst, you’ll clear what is not yours to hold, restore your balance, and strengthen the boundaries that protect your peace. ABOUT JESSICA DIANA 

As a former corporate professional, DEI Manager, and Events Director, I have lived the rhythm of boardrooms, brainstorms, and burnout.

With a B.A. in Human Behaviorβ€”majoring in Criminology and minoring in Sociologyβ€”I’ve long been fascinated by the ways people think, feel, connect, and sometimes disconnect.

As a first-generation Colombian-American, a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and someone living with a chronic illness, I understandβ€”intimatelyβ€”what it means to navigate spaces that weren’t built with you in mind. These lived experiences are not side notes; they’re the heartbeat behind my mission to create workplaces where every identity is honored, every story matters, and healing is part of the culture.

I know firsthand how vital it is to create spaces where people don’t just show upβ€”they feel seen, safe, and supported. My background taught me that true belonging doesn’t come from checking boxes; it blooms in environments where every part of youβ€”yes, even the tender, hidden, messy partsβ€”is welcomed.

Today, I bring that same heart into workplace wellness: guiding mindfulness sessions, holding space for brave conversations, and inviting teams into deeper self-awareness.
